Catherine NI was looking for the key to drop box for more than an hour and there was no solution. There was no photo or the step shown where the key has to be dropped off. If I call the customer service person even he don’t know where is the drop off and he asked me to search all the places and ask me to go to fresco and ask where is drop off key location and they literally screamed at me we don’t deal with it . It’s was 1 hour call and time waste and I did not find the solution. Who will be responsible for this inconvenience. It was such an inconvenience and worst service ever in my life even after paying so much of the rental charges.
