Good evening! I didn't book the car in advance, I arrived and got the car in 5 minutes. Menager was very polite and explained everything. The car was clean, serviceable, everything was fine.

The trailer had wiring issues and was missing parts when I showed up to pick up the single person there was trying to be helpful but they did not have even basic parts to solve trailer issue ultimately I had to go purchase parts and help repair trailer, not an experience worth paying for I can do this this via Facebook market place or task rabbit unacceptable .
