Once AGAIN, THERE ARE NO HUMANS THERE. I didn't have an issue returning the truck. It is all done thru the APP. Please correct your info, this facility accepts returns all the time. The owner answered my phone call on a Sunday to reassure me that the return could be accepted. Nobody over 55 knows this stuff! I'm sure some do but advertise get the word out!! UHaul corporate should provide signage for all their independent dealers.
