I'm upset about the 2-week refund. You got your money. I need mine. I was never told there would be a two-week. I would have just paid the delivery fee for my supplies instead of renting a truck The front cab passenger door had had gumdrops stuck on the floor and in in the passenger door cubby with yellow paint and an empty airpods container

THOMAS DPicked up my one way Uhaul, and was pleasantly surprised that I had been upgraded to a 20 ft from the 15 ft I had requested. It took very little time and I was on my way.
Susan COnline experience was a major hassle. NOTHING worked with the online rental-charged twice for the rental. Truck was not running well. I would not have wanted to travel very far with this truck. Only thing that save the experience was the owner of the uhaul rentals who helped us get the online rental part figured out
