Dennis EHave a physical representative at the facility. No dolly or equipment available even though I reserved it that way. I had to drive to another uhaul location for those items.
Ramon PThe key drop box was blocked by a temporary food tent, so that was not the most convenient.
Janice LI had a lockout situation that happened after I had initiated the closing of the contract. There was zero ability to help me, and at my own cost (twice what I paid for rental) I had to get a locksmith to get my keys. There was no one that could help, and this was very disappointing
