How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe vehicle seemed pretty old & wasn't easy to drive. The dashboard was displaying inaccurate notifications about the doors being open & fuel which made it confusing. The store manager explained that the truck has no fuel & I'd have to get get fuel beforehand. And I got a bit more fuel than required just to be safe & thinking I'd be reimbursed. Only to realize there was no refund for the extra fuel & the manager wasn't clear when she explained those terms during check-in. Overall, was a terrible & stressful experience.
Yashwanth NYour U-haul app does not accept upload/images from my phone. Fix it. Test it properly with various devices. The customer support was also not helpful to close the return.
