It was a very frustrating start of my U-Haul experience. Got a call saying the truck was not available where I had reserved it. Had to drive 2 miles further in a strange city to find it. I had to clean 6" of snow off the windshield with my bare hands while teetering on the front bumper. The gas gage was between 1/4 and empty. Drove to the nearest gas station and paid $5.15 / gallon for 19.4 gallons for $100. I appreciated the $20 refund when I turned in the truck this morning with the exception that I donated more gas then $20 worth.

This is the greatest location to rent a UHaul at. They were very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. I would definitely ONLY use them on my future reservations with UHaul.
QUOC TThe people were very nice. However when I got in the van it was on empty and it actually said zero miles till empty I wasn't even sure I'd have enough gas to get to a gas station! The person who rented it before me must have had a dog cuz it was full of dog hair totally gross!
LISA BNo, would not recommend. The rental was sketchy and I was overcharged by a lot for mileage I did not use. I have photo proof of my before and after mileage. When I called the location, I was told to call customer service.
