The people were very nice. However when I got in the van it was on empty and it actually said zero miles till empty I wasn't even sure I'd have enough gas to get to a gas station! The person who rented it before me must have had a dog cuz it was full of dog hair totally gross!

No, would not recommend. The rental was sketchy and I was overcharged by a lot for mileage I did not use. I have photo proof of my before and after mileage. When I called the location, I was told to call customer service.
DESIREE Efirst one had a hole in gas tank and dirty second one very dirty and had previous customers wallet in it
DEENA EThis was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a U-Haul!! When I picked up the guy said it had a 1/4 of a tank of gas. When I got in the low gas light came on, but since I was only going to put 6 miles on the vehicle I didn’t think it wound an issue. I ran out of gas 1 mile from the facility!! When I returned after putting $15.00 , 1 hour later and only using 4 miles, they charged me $49.00 and $7.99 for gas. 2 of the workers told me they would file a report. I have yet to hear from anyone. And I got called 2 days later to say “Why haven’t you returned the truck?” HORRIBLE!!! Please respond
