There was no one present to help us at 10 am on Saturday. I had call to get my confirmation three times before I finally got a receipt for the drop off.
Ty MI reserved a truck 2 months in advance from the Park Rapids location. the day before pick up, I find out I have to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the truck.
MICHAEL CThere was no one working at this place at all when I dropped of the trailer. I parked it by all of the other U-Haul trailers and left.
