I made a reservation for one location. Then I got an email that my reservation was changed to a different location, then when I got to that different location, they had nothing in the system that stated. I had a reservation and they didn't have the trailer that I needed. They were able to get me something that did the job. And they were great. But U-Haul, in general, sucks.
