Concerning the following: Drop Off at Any Location. NO STAFF AVAILBLE at first location for drop-off location. The location first visited for drop-off; I was unable to do so because it was a self drop location that no one worked at on the weekend so I was instructed to go to two other locations so that was the only issue that costed me about an extra hour of time. Time is money and on that could cost one to miss a flight or something else. The statement of dop-off at any location need to be changed and Clear Concise Instruction Provided to the Customer.
