The attendant inside the office refused to help with the mobile app. We were also outside trying to take photos of the truck and needed assistance so I asked again for help. She offered no advice other than to select the "no photo" option.

Theia helped us and she was a joy!! Please fix your software to handle apostrophes. My last name 'O'Neill' - has the apostrophe on my license, but I typically do not enter it in online forms. That apostrophe can cause issues. But, simply scrubbing any non-alphanumeric characters before you match the name should be done to account for this.
Margaret OWe had to take all the pictures of truck with our own phone , Then U-Haul held 100 to 150 dollars . What a fucked up mess also we had to drive an extra 5 miles to pick up our truck because our reserved truck had a mechincal issue. Hope I will never ever have to use U-Haul. Again……. Your response is not welcome

ASHLEIGH SI struggled with how to rate this location. The manager on duty was brand new and had never checked in a truck that was being turned in early. She had a great attitude and wanted to be helpful, she was just new. I’m sure she will learn quickly. I would rate her an excellent.
