The app was not working properly and it put us about 45 minutes behind on our schedule. That process should be smoother, especially since I filled out all the pre-registration information.

The truck was there but there were no keys for it. I was offered a larger truck but that was much more than I needed. I rented a smaller truck that just barely worked size wise.

Ryan JThe attendant inside the office refused to help with the mobile app. We were also outside trying to take photos of the truck and needed assistance so I asked again for help. She offered no advice other than to select the "no photo" option.
Barbara CTheia helped us and she was a joy!! Please fix your software to handle apostrophes. My last name 'O'Neill' - has the apostrophe on my license, but I typically do not enter it in online forms. That apostrophe can cause issues. But, simply scrubbing any non-alphanumeric characters before you match the name should be done to account for this.
