The truck was junk it didn't have any gas in it when I picked it up its said 35 miles to empty and now the truck the steering wheel was way off it was like 1/2 a turn it was pulling to toe right the driver door was jumped you had to slam it to get it shut and there was a gap around it and it was cold air coming in and the truck had a miss when driving it

That was my first time ever running a trailer from U-Haul. Everything went very smooth and easy from the pick up to the drop off… The trailer towed great the tires were in good shape. I checked the bearings throughout my trip. They never got warm. I would definitely do it again.

Michelle PNext time make sure that you have the ordered blankets, furniture, dolly, and piano dollies per the person‘s reservation. I had to go out and spend my own money to buy such things because no one was there on the premises, even though their hours said they were open till 5 PM on Saturday
