Cannot comment or rate a closed location, we dropped after hours. Overall...not the greatest experience & will probably not use UHaul again. My simple 2 day $20 small truck turned into $273.00 total which I find absolutely RIDICULOUS, and nobody can seem to explain to me why the charges were so high, what my actual truck rental charge was or why we had to go 30 miles out of our zone to pick it up to begin with. POOR MANAGEMENT!!

HENRY LHad trouble with the app at pick up. Then we couldn't get the back door open. Lost 1 1/2 to 2 hours of rental time waiting for road side assistance.
Kim NA little more helpful I’m 70 old woman and I had to crawl up under my car on the car carrier and hook it all up by myself. I was worried the whole time I was driving to my destination that my car would come off the carrier . I made it ok but it was not good . I’ve rented truck from U-Haul for years and never had to crawl around on the cold wet on a 20degree day.
PATTY MI was very impressed with the ease of the online reservation and pick up. Be prepared that the process can be a little lengthy, especially the drop off. You must take pictures of all areas of the truck to ensure it’s clean for the next family. The facility was closed so I was grateful that there was an online reservation and pick up and way to access keys. Also, when I was having trouble with the emergency contact, I was contacted by a live person via phone call which was impressive.
