It was a little wait because she was busy with another customer. But, that can be expected anywhere. The equipment was very clean and maintained very well making the experience easier.
MARVIN MCannot comment or rate a closed location, we dropped after hours. Overall...not the greatest experience & will probably not use UHaul again. My simple 2 day $20 small truck turned into $273.00 total which I find absolutely RIDICULOUS, and nobody can seem to explain to me why the charges were so high, what my actual truck rental charge was or why we had to go 30 miles out of our zone to pick it up to begin with. POOR MANAGEMENT!!

HENRY LHad trouble with the app at pick up. Then we couldn't get the back door open. Lost 1 1/2 to 2 hours of rental time waiting for road side assistance.
