A little more helpful I’m 70 old woman and I had to crawl up under my car on the car carrier and hook it all up by myself. I was worried the whole time I was driving to my destination that my car would come off the carrier . I made it ok but it was not good . I’ve rented truck from U-Haul for years and never had to crawl around on the cold wet on a 20degree day.

I was very impressed with the ease of the online reservation and pick up. Be prepared that the process can be a little lengthy, especially the drop off. You must take pictures of all areas of the truck to ensure it’s clean for the next family. The facility was closed so I was grateful that there was an online reservation and pick up and way to access keys. Also, when I was having trouble with the emergency contact, I was contacted by a live person via phone call which was impressive.

SABINO JThe 6x12 trailer did exactly what we wanted. Quick and easy pick up and return. We got it back a day early and they refunded the difference! Overall very happy. On the negative side, I think that trailer needs a tongue jack.
