The pickup process was a little confusing. The address that came up brought us to a different location, so when we got to the right place, we were late, and the option to start the process of picking up the truck was no longer there. I ended up eventually being able to chat with a U-Haul agent, thank goodness! They were great and everything went very smoothly from that point on. My only suggestion would be to maybe make it a little bit more clear about what people should do in a situation like ours, where we were late and the agent had to change the pickup time. Since I didn't know that had to be done, I'd spent at least 30 minutes following the link from my email to the app to my active orders in circles trying to find the option to "pickup my truck." If I had known that I needed to talk to somebody at the beginning, it'd have saved the time and some stressful confusion. Otherwise, it really was a smooth and simple process. We have to finish moving in 2 months, and will definitely use your service again.

This was my first time using the app to check out a truck. It could not find my location, so I had to call customer service. Once I was in, the key was not in the lockbox. I was forced to use a smaller truck. I can't fault the location for any of this, it was just a much more difficult (and ultimately moderately successful) process.
Brian AProvide a parking spot that has gravel so the truck isn’t stuck when someone comes to rent it and so someone can park the truck when returning without getting stuck.
Rodney SYour app is not very user friendly. You ask to have a code sent and then the app says the code is invalid. This makes the experience frustrating and limits a customers ability to use it for locations that are not manned.
Robert MUhaul should give a code to open the gate during the return process.
