The truck was delivered the day before it was do. The keys were left in the box. The following day, a rude salesperson called stated it was not on the lot. He had not checked to see if the truck was even there. The truck was to be checked in on the day he called at 11:00, but he waited until 2:30 to call and then inform us the truck was late and charged us for an extra day.
