DAVID H.Kim in Shawnee was absolutely excellent, she went above and beyond in helping me secure my desired truck and advising me about the entire rental process and trip. She even advised me about carrying lots of change to accommodate the toll machines that only accepted exact change!! Who thinks of that??!! She also had the truck ready as promised and accommodated my extra mile requirement in getting from Shawnee to OKC. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. A very rare gem in customer service, thanks again Kim!!!
