The worst experience I have ever had renting a truck. It took two and a half hours sitting in the parking lot where the truck was located filling out paperwork from my cell phone & trying to upload to the website. This was uncalled for wherein one of the five service reps I spoke with could have entered the info on their end. Then... I filled the truck up one mile from the return location it was pegged on full. When the rep at the return location checked it he claimed that he had to put 3 gallons in to bring it to full. 3 gallons to go one mile?? Pljus they added a clean up fee. The truck was clean when it was returned.. Was told I should have taken pics to prove it. This is just another way of price gouging. I will be contacting the CEO of UHaul to file a formal complaint.
Jill SBetter system of communication for first time renter's.Be Upfront with the charges instead of manipulation with the prices after the fact of the rental. Dust to Treasures are rude when you call after you return the rental and realize the extra charges . I felt scammed but the experience of the u haul ride was smooth and enjoyable for My daughter and I. Again Communication and Empathy goes along way
NAKIA GI was overcharged, told that I had to add on mandatory insurance.
