Truck was not assigned to us. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul delaying our schedule to get moved. Once the truck had been assigned the process was easy.

Friendly people willing to help me get my trailer hooked up and on the road
George ScottThe trailer that they assign me was extremely dirty. (Dry hard mud)
Gary ClarkThis U-Haul location, their customer service skills, and the trucks they provide are absolute TRASH. The U-Haul we were given was old and raggedy. The tires didn’t work they slid when driven, the back of the truck’s door wouldn’t stay closed. We had to pull over several times to close it repeatedly. And the truck was filthy on the inside and had some kind of oil spilled everywhere and the truck STUNK !! I reported this to the person working there and he didn’t do anything or even apologize just told me to call customer service. Customer service is TRASH. They did nothing and sent an email not even apologizing for the experience but with nothing but $25 off the next rental when I requested a refund or a partial refund. I will not be renting from you guys again if this is how you operate business. And I will be sure to spread this experience to anyone and everyone so you will loose their business also. Shame on your company and my claims on the rental experience are valid and I deserve a refund for this terrible experience.
