I was charged for a dolly that I didn’t get and was told it would come off the contract by the person there. Upon returning the trailer, i was charged 215.00 more for a dolly I never received or needed. Part of the charge was blankets that were folded and in the trailer upon return.

The ratchet straps didn’t work well
