Make sure your drop off location is local. My truck was clean but terribly in need of an alignment (pulled continually to the right). Front end of cargo area leaked, soaking several boxes. No way to know this prior to heavy rain.
NANCY LRenting was so easy, they were very friendly and helpful and made my moving process ten times easier. I would recommend them to anyone!

Elizabeth PIf you change our drop off location, make sure it is updated in the system. They were unable to check us in because it still said another location after you had called us and changed the drop location.
