Extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived at the scheduled location, there was no key set up for my reservation. I spent over two hours on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was directed to another truck located 20 km away from the original pickup point. To make matters worse, I was later overcharged by more than $500 for an incorrect drop-off location—even though the representative who handed me the keys explicitly told me I could return the truck to the nearest U-Haul center. This was an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I expect a full explanation and reimbursement.
ISLAM SApp and website weren’t working for 2 days for self drop off. I had to call UHaul 3 times to be able to get some help
