Change NOTHING! We received professional, personalized service from a welcoming woman, Molly—who turned out to be the facility owner. Truck's cab & box were the cleanest of my 50+ years of occasional U-Hauling. Although our chosen pickup location is one hour from our (West Point, Calif.) home—45 minutes farther than your disappointing local franchise—the extra 1.5-hour round trip was well worth the improved pickup experience.
