I arrived, at the scheduled time, but there was no one available to hook up the trailer. This was not a big concern for me, but if my wife was getting the trailer, she would not have been able to do so.

HUGO SLITUSS provided exceptional customer service with the Uhaul rental. I left them a really good yelp review but Molly at LITUSS turned a stressful move into a not so stressful move. We also used their facility for storage which my Mom set up separately and that was also excellent. I can't recommend this storage facility enough for storage or Uhaul rentals.
