That inside of the cab was dirty and so was the inside of the back of the truck it had pieces of glass everywhere I had to clean it out before I could put stuff in it.

Hard to say with the drop off location as there was no interaction with anyone. We did an after hours drop off. The U-Haul app was easy to follow and the key box was easily seen. The location was not far out of the way. Actually I was not even aware that was where we were to drop off the van until we were sitting in the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer on Orange Street in Shippensburg. Now, the gentleman that I spoke with earlier in the day was very helpful in explaining the after hours drop off process and guiding me to the app to assist with it.
DEBBIE PDrop off was on a Sunday night, so no in-person staff interaction. A UHaul rep phoned the next day and was informed of the mechanical issues. He said he’d check it out and call me back. Of course, he did not.
