Carol DFirst and foremost, the receipt is a lie!!!! The gas was was on half full!! I went only to to the destination that was stated during pickup.
PATRICIA LGive me my refund for the extra days not used and don't charge me $253 once and then charge me $124 after throwing me into the negatives. Double charging people is NOT ok
Kyndale TJennifer the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude, had an attitude & it seemed like I was bothering her when I asked a question. Also the air conditioner in the truck did not work and it was extremely hot. The storage facility was closed during normal business hours that’s how I ended up talking to Jennifer. It was horrible.
