Prior to picking up the U-Haul truck, I reported to Pittam Body Shop that the truck's windshield was dirty and literally covered with dead insects. When I picked the truck up, nothing had been done to the windshield - not a good reflection on Pittam Body Shop.
GARY TThe checking out of the vehicle and checking in is a bit confusing, but customer service was very helpful during business hours. It was nice talking to a human.
Darcy CThe parking area is too small. If you aren't experienced in backing a trailer, this is a scary location. A homeless guys lives in an old van on the property - weird.
