The person who helped was kind and friendly but the location was inadequate and far too small.
JOHN RThe lot was far too small to park the truck with a trailer. The service person was kind and personable, but the facility was impossibly small. Two raggedy vans housing homeless people were sitting on the lot when we returned the trailer. They were still there when we returned the truck the next day. That was doubly disappointing in view of the fact that the staff at the facility were very kind and gracious.
JOHN RI was very disappointed with my rental as my first impression when I got it to my home and looked inside for the first time to notice it was very dirty sticky residue all over the floor and walls and stains dog hair everywhere and dirt I had to clean this trailer before I could use it after that dealing with the company wasn’t bad but when I came to drop off my equipment the lady at the dead’s was very rude and was trying to threaten me and over charge me again as she over charged me the first day of my rental and told me it would be refunded after I questioned why it was so expensive when my online reservation had a different price very very disappointed
