I found out the day before I needed the equipment that the truck I needed was not gonna be available, so I had to settle for a 15 foot truck. They did reduce the mileage rate but unfortunately it caused me to take three trips back-and-forth when the truck I reserved would have taken only one trip. Paying $200 for a 15 foot truck because I was screwed over last minute is not fair. Also the ignition Tumbler on the truck was faulty so it just dinged no matter what because it wouldn’t recognize itself being in park. I would like a refund for some of what I spent because it’s not fair

The ramp was missing which made it practically unusable for a single woman moving furniture. No one gave me a heads up about it. Also this location had no other option but self service. No one was at the building to interact with. Again, this would have been fine, if I knew this ahead of time I could have chosen a different location.
