It wasn't as clean inside the truck when rented from UHAUL locations, but as long as i'm not charged for it, i'm fine with it. The service was nice and easy. I was unhappy with the online booking as I thought I received free mileage for local moving, but was charged a per km rate when I picked it up. So the original fee was x3 the price - not including the gas that we had to add.

Lawrence LI suppose to get a discount as I have already talked with one of the customer care associate and when I rented they told me that if I drop uhaul early in a day then I'll be charged only for one day but they charged me for 2 days insurance and no discount as they have promised with note left kn my account.
MAYANK SComments similar to Pick Up Location: New staff at satellite offices could likely benefit from more training to facilitate pick ups and drop offs with regards to key locations and documents. Otherwise the single staff member I encountered was focused and had the energy required to complete transactions.
