Glen AThe on-line reservation process was a catastrophe! I had reservations to pick up where I was located. At 5pm the night before I pickup the trailer, I am told the pickup location is 19 miles away! My UHaul Movers were booked for 8am. I had to cancel everything and rebook at the location 19 miles away. Wasted hours being on -hold when calling to straighten it out. Get your on-line process fixed. Then at drop off when doing the on-line process, I was charged extra mileage due to the 19 miles of extra driving.
