Absolutely insane charging for mileage and not providing gas. I have no issue doing one or the other but both on top of the rental fee is greedy.

David HThis was a gas station. No clear U-haul sign. Past it up twice. The attedant was not knowlegable and said i needed to call uhaul to get a code for a lox box. Upon calking uhaul and waiting 10 min to talk to someone i was told i had to down the app which is a slow quirky app that kept telling yhere where problems and to try back later. I waisted an hour of my tight schedule just to get a dirty truck that was big ridden on the front and made it hard to see out the front. I would like a partial refund for the number of times i had to call to get this truck.
