By now this dealer has been educated on proper check in procedures by uhaul corporate. My unit went over 48 hours past the time we turned it in before mobile app no longer said "Overdue" Very stressful !!!

EDWIN OWe told them no on the safe move feature and still got billed $15. Called and was assured it would be removed/refunded and it was not. Still billed and showing on the receipt.
CLIFTON MIt was good..Basic drop off space. Attendant gave me instructions to take pics. I did. Handed him keys that was it.
