The ladies that work the location are very nice and helpful. I have rented from this location probably 5 or 6 times in the last 8 months and never had a single problem. I would definitely rent from them again.

JOHN GIf it weren't for the ladies at this location, I would have cancelled our U-Haul corporate account. I reserved 2 trucks for this same week, and on both occasions U-Haul corporate tried to move my reservation to a different location which would have resulted in overage in mileage of 60 miles per trip. The location owner went and personally picked up truck #2 from the other location and brought it to E & Friends for me to pickup for my reservation. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure that our reservation requirements were met. U-Haul should be extremely grateful for them, because if I didn't have a location owner that was willing to help us, then I would have been forced to pay overages in mileage due to U-Haul corporate not providing trucks that were reserved 3 weeks in advance to the requested location. I was so frustrated and the ladies at E & Friends took care of the leg work for me.
Laura WElizabeth worked super hard to make sure we had a 26’ truck available at our pickup location in spite of uhaul corporate attempting to reroute my pickup location. The communication from E & Friends was outstanding! I am beyond impressed with the customer service I received from E & Friends. These ladies made my corporate move across the state happen.
