The truck was returned on Friday, 12/30/2026 at 9:47 pm. The attendant manually took the key but did not check the truck in. I called U-HAUL on Saturday, 12/31/2026 at 8:40 AM. I confirmed the truck was returned on Friday, 12/30/2026, but the information was not addressed as I received an email from U-HAUL on February 2nd that the truck was not returned. At this point, I was very upset, my conversation with the representative did not go well and she hung up on me. No one is willing to take accountability.

Make sure the rep can speak english.The drop off location is graveled and no mud holes and potholes are in the way to drop off. Also I would love to have a option to take a picture of the condition of the drop off location!
Marcus CIt was very difficult. The cashier had no idea how to help me resolve my issue. He said the guy that deals with uhaul wouldn't be in til 4 but my pick time was 12:30. I finally had to call customer service and the awesome customer service rep was very knowledgeable. But I could not get the key. I had to make the clerk come outside to try and open the box to give me the key and all of a sudden he remembered how to open the lock box. It made me late for my pickup. These locations need to train everyone at the location.
Shontae CIt was ok. Truck could have been in better condition. Ignition key was hard to remove the key went trying to leave truck.
