Just dropped the trailer in the lot. No interaction with employees because the business was closed on Sunday.
DEENA MI had problems with the after hours U-Haul experience as my info wasn’t recognized by my U-Haul account/ap.
GEORGE BI went to the Ruidoso Downs location, and they didn't have any of my reservation. No truck, no pads, no auto transport. So, I spent 5 hours and drove 214 miles round trip to Socorro. Wasted half a day of my life. My suggestion is don't take reservations if you have NOTHING to rent.
STANLEY DRented on July 1 returned on July 2 on refund for unused days a 5 day rental 😞
