Although it is just a road side fruit stand, my pickup here went smooth. A minor computer glitch started the process but was overcome quickly. My only complaint with this pickup location is not the Sonoma facilities fault, but with Uhaul National. A DAY before I was to pickup my 15 foot truck, I received a call that a 15 foot truck was not available at the original pickup location in Napa, CA, if I wished to continue the rental I would have to drive to Sonoma for a 20 foot truck, or cancel the rental. This left me with very few options that close to moving day. Apparently "reservations" don't mean much at Uhaul, as the reservation was made a month before hand and yet Uhaul could not meet their obligation to provide me with the requested 15 foot truck at or even near the original pickup site, VERY disappointed.

WENDY MDisappointed in U-Haul, my reservation was for the whole day with the time of 7 AM in the morning which is ridiculous. Four days later the location charges me an additional $60 for a late if I wanted to return it earlier, the baskets are closed and locked!
