Nothing it was a great experience
LUIS NFirst off…I was driving from central Alabama to Kentucky, renting trailer, loading it up, and driving back to Alabama. Pick up was great. No issues. U-Haul website needs work. I reserved trailer at a specific location, one-way per the website…U-Haul called to confirm the day before my trip. Informed me that the nearest trailer to my pre chosen location was over 30 miles away in the opposite direction. Employee I spoke with was great. She helped me find a more convenient location that was on my route. Although I had to drag an empty trailer further than I had planned it was better than driving more than an hour round trip out of my way. Need to update the website to what is on site at locations please. Drop off and pickup locations are 5 stars….U-Haul website is 1 Star at best.
