I would not use this location, Ever! If your reservation gets transferred to this location, Cancel it! Office had flashing open sign,arrived 8:10a for a 8am reservation but door deadbolted shut. Chalk message written on door to call a cell. Was told I would have to wait over an hour, due to being on a tow call.

It took over an hour to get me on the road, they couldn't find my reservation. The gwntleman who helped me had me on his cell phone with his gm to get it fixed but kept coming and asking for his phone in the Middle of our conversation because "he was missing calls" he did everything from his cell, and the gas was NOT where the paper receipt he gave me said it was.

Stephen SI wanted to pick up at Portage location. Was called and told they didn't have a truck and was sent to another location. Coast to Coast Tires 1527 S Michigan St. They were amazing! I find it odd that I past the location on portage and the did have the truck i had requested. It was still in the lot with snow all over it. So not sure why I had to go to another location.
