I asked for a furniture dolly and had to pay for it but they didn’t have one and charged me anyway.

Couldn't process the pick-up with the app. It took 2 times on hold adding to 30 minutes to talk with Daniel who walked me through a process that even surprised him as not working smoothly. The attendant at the pick up location could not help at all. I won't rent a U-haul again if I can help it . The whole pick up process took almost 2 hours.
