Advise customers that the mobile check-in can be a little difficult and too much to complete. I also requested a dolly and it wasn't in the truck, but I was still charged for the dolly. I contacted the location and didn't receive an answer, called back and left a message Hopefully someone contacts me in the next 24 hours.
