This location is terrible. The staff does not know what they are doing even to the point of hooking up the trailer wrong, messing up the paper work and causing me many hours on the phone to clean it up. Uhaul should not allow any equipment to come from here. Aside from the documentation, their staff is unsupervised and not trained. Something bad is going to happen in the future. I had to argue with the guy on what size trailer ball to use if that tells you anything.

Victor HI booked a reservation in 1 location and this location was 30 miles out of my way from where I was coming from to pick it up at. Called Uhual and they told me to bad, that is where the truck was. I had a confirmed reservation! Terrible!
