The U-Haul app sent us to the wrong location, but one of the guys there was used to it and knew where we should go, a few miles down the street. If he hadn't been there we would have had no idea where our truck was. The lady at the correct location was super friendly and understanding, she was used to people being sent to the wrong location. We turned the truck back in after hours as planned but the app wouldn't work for us to check back in. Think of me as a mom giving you an "I'm not mad at you I'm disappointed" lecture. I've had great experiences with U-Haul in the past, but this was disappointing.

Lied about fees. Didn't check that the truck was returned the same day and charged me for the days. There is never anyone in the office to call and speak to. Very unprofessional to say the least.
