KIMBERLY LThe location was closed. My original reservation was changed from Spicewood Ace Hardware to Spicewood Superstorage. The place is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I was not notified of the location change so I was not prepared to the Online check-out process. However, I will say that the customer service reps that we dealt with on the phone were fantastic. They were able to update my reservation to do the online check-in. What should have taken 5 minutes took us almost a hour.
