Rough around the edges but that’s ok. Inspect the unit just a little more. Wipers needed to be replaced. Also, that windshield leak had to have occurred before withe sag in the ceiling padding. Truck ran well and washer fluid was enough.

We were greeted at the door when we did our check in. I wish I had gotten the ladies name. She made check in easy and hassle free. Devin at the counter spoken with my Fiance while I was outside with the truck. He was super polite and helpful!

Margie MI was charged for insurance, even though I declined insurance online. $15. I was charged $27 for 4 gallons of gas. My $30 rental turned into $100 rental. If I don’t hear back from someone, I’m going to leave terrible feedback for this location and for U-Haul in general on every channel possible.
