Typical U-Haul experience, went in with low expectations but still was disappointed. Poor customer service because this is a gas station, not a U-Haul storefront. Truck was dirty in the cab and the back. Truck was in rough condition and should be taken out of service. Unprofessional help from store clerk and no process for ease of mind. Who knows how much I’ll be charged as the check in process was just hand him the keys and he’ll get to it when he can. I’ll continue to rent U-Haul trucks but this experience feels par for the course. I will not use this “location” again expect to maybe buy a roller hot dog or coke.
