I walked in the counter person was not wearing a mask. There was snow and ice all over windows and the 10' truck that I had to clean off myself. I was moving out of the city and someone else was following behind my car and snow and ice was flying off the uhaul to my hit and but small chips in my windshield from the ice. The counter person said they weren't going to clean the snow off because there just a drop off center. Great customer service, NOTKim M.
I arranged to pick up the truck at 7:30 am using the mobile truck share. truck was locked and keys were not where the truckshare directions said they would be. after being on hold for a half hour I gave up and had to wait until 9 am for the uhaul location to open. they desk agent had the keys at the front desk. made me 2 hours late for a job.David Y.
Made it to my destination. Overall, disappointed with the maintenance of the vehicle. Multiple tires were significantly low. None of the additional items like mattress covers and boxes that I ordered were provided.Elliott P.
Get rid of a to Z Randall totally obviously they like personal grudges over any type of business with uhaul. That's what I would do this location was disrespectful not conducive to the you haul promise and totally no customer service whatsoever, I think they went as far as to call their 2nd location to mess with my rental which cause problems with the pick up and the drop off of the equipment all due to as I see it this a to Z rental location I know uhaul good company this is not a company that uhall should be dealing with if they're gonna treat their customers this way and represent uhaul in that fashion... Furthermore on the drop off of the equipment I had one of my friends drop it off this process should be a seamless 1 and easy give Them the keys and the truck They look it over and bill accordingly. A to Z rental refused to let my friend leaveAnd when he tried to they said take your equipment with you refused flat refused to take U hauls equipment on a return of equipment. So in short my mission now is to make sure this doesn't happen again to you all I see clearly the a to Z rental is the problem in this situation and is not somebody uhaul should be represented by because they have no interest in you halls best interest. Interior cab floor was caked with mud. The internet instruction said to return the truck to an area that was closed and locked, and then said to return the key to a drop box that didn't exist. Had to call customer service and talk to two different people for almost 20 minutes before they told me to just leave the key in the ramp. Ridiculous.Jacob M.
No key drop! I had to drive another 25 minutes to drop off my key the next day. Why does Uhaul allow after hour drop off if there is nowhere to leave the key?!?Kyle B.
The man who checked us in was a bit curt. It was hot so maybe that is why. The rest is the of gentlemen we worked with were awesome and very friendly. We were charged for a dolly, but did not use one. I was even asked during checkout and confirmed we did not use one. I have a copy of the receipt and will call to get it squared away.Brianna T.

i was told to drop the vehicle off at this location, when i went, they told me that i have to go to another location, when i reached the other location they said no turn back and go back to the original location you are suppose to, they drove me nuts. Equipment was rented in unacceptable condition. I tow strap was torn almost completely through. The replacement parts were not available at the location so I was told to drive to another uhaul location to be repaired. The entire rental pickup process, with replacment of the broken tie-down took well over 2 hours. Will not use A-Z rentals for anything in the future and would not recommend this company to anyone.jesse D.

The challenge here was simply that with the one person on the phone and counter service, it was a bit of a wait while that person addressed customer concerns about rental equipment (not U-haul equipment) over the phone. Everything did work out.SUSAN M.
I had a difficult time trying to rent The truck. When they first pulled me up on the system, they stated that I had to pay for the truck when it was already prepaid. Then they did not do a walk around the truck with us nor did they give us a brochure with the safe move information. They wouldn't give me the keys till I signed the contract and once I did, they stated I had to go find the truck that was on the contract. Then I noticed that what it stated on Tue contract for the gas amount was not what was showing on the gas gauge. Then we saw that the truck was dirty and never cleaned. I had to call U-Haul customer service to make a complaint. Its all in the notes of my contract. I will not rent from A to Z Rental again or U-Haul at that location.ANDREW G.
The truck was dirty inside and out. The gas was less than half full and I had to restore it to the same level or pay extra to fill it more. The tank should be topped off before every rental so the client can use the truck as much as needed, then fill it up just before bringing it back. The office was equally unimpressive, the computers didn't work right and the credit card reader wouldn't work. I felt like I was renting from a dump, but still paying full price, in fact, much more than full price, as there are so many hidden/added on charges. They advertise $29.99, but it's really closer to $79,99 on average. Won't rent there again!RODNEY S.
