It was very dark and very easy to miss the location. I was also charged additional gas, but I took pictures of where the gas was when I picked up the truck and where it was when I dropped it off and it was exact.

It’s easy to make it but no network. Mobile pickup and drop is hassle. I recommend U-Haul to install WiFi so that people can upload files quickly. Else you are wasting 30-45 mins just to checkout. Not a worth.
