Reserved a truck and had a problem with pick up saying a truck was not available even though I had a confirmation number. No one was at the site originally to deal with issue and when she did show up had a hard time taking information and sending to me via app. Vehicle was not cleaned as there was trash in the cargo area. Tire pressure warning light came on :45 into long distance trip of 11 hours. No washer fluid and wipers needed to be replaced. Seat was ripped and torn, shocks and springs need serious work, banging noise behind cab that didn't go away for 11 hours. Vehicle needs to be taken out of service and fleet needs to be updated.
Paul GYou said my reservation for picking up the truck at the location I chose was guaranteed or I would get $50 dollars from you. 25 minutes before my guaranteed pick up time your company called me to say the truck I had reserved was not available and I would have to go to a different location. Mind you I was told this on the morning of my move while I had planned the whole moving day around getting this specific truck at that specific time at that specific location. You also then refused to give me the $50 dollar reservation guarantee for some B.S. reason. Overall once I got the truck I needed from a different location everything went fine, but that whole cancellation experience was off putting.

THOMAS PEquipment parked in tight area. Hard to take pictures for 24/7 rental. No Visuals for key box or pickup procedures. Muddy and dirty grounds.
