AARON EThe people were very nice, but once I pulled into the lot it wasn't clear where I should return the keys and get checked out. A logo on the store front would have been helpful. Otherwise, it was fine.
ERIN SNo employee knew how to check out U-Haul. Messed up my reservation. 3 employees trying to figure it out. Trailer was dirty, had to go to auto parts store to buy a trailer light extension. Took over 2 hrs to get trailer. Cost me almost 100 dollars over quoted reserved price.
