The owner wasn't there, and left word for his employee to call him when I arrived. He then proceeded to talk to me over the phone. I would have expected that the employee would have been able to handle the transaction himself.
TIMOTHY SWe asked for a receipt and he was unwilling to provide stating that he needed to check the vehicle instill. We waited for him to check the vehicle in, which took him an additional 30 minutes. The place was not friendly at all. I was still not provided or receipt, he said it would be emailed to me. Which I received 3 weeks after turning in the vehicle.
