Well the p/s tail light was out, but left note for drop off location. There had been trouble,confusion on all sides, and web page issues that caused issues and feel it needs to be more clear, user friendly in all ways mainly making personal rental selections. Lastly a more visual and bold step by step instructions on how to reserve, options during rental and desired instructions during drop off and whats best practices.
