Staff at this site were excellent! Very helpful, pleasant to deal with, explained the process on the rental itself as well as how to fuel the truck for the return. We are in the midst of a stressful situation with our move, and having this go easy, friendly and helpful was a blessing. We would definitely recommend this location and staff in Springfield for those looking for a rental.
