The associates at the pickup location were excellent, however, we did experience quite a delay due to problems with the U-Haul website. Although I already had a standing reservation, they had to re-enter all my information and the website would not allow them to rent me a car transport with the 15’ truck. The associate had to call a support person. No problem. But then when he hung up with support, all the entered information was deleted and he had to start over again. But, like I said, the employees there were excellent, so I really didn’t think much of it. While there I double checked with them if I would be able to drop the trailer off at the drop off location, before I dropped off the truck, and I was reassured that I could.
